How long does each program last?
The In-Company Executive Immersion lasts one or two days. The AI-First Executive Journey, the program for middle managers and the advanced modules have their length set in the design made for each company, and the 1:1 classes fit the participant’s schedule.
The length follows the goal, not the other way around. This is what goes into each program’s design:
- Align leadership quickly: the In-Company Executive Immersion packs a common language, the first practical uses, priorities and next steps into one or two days.
- Change the routine of the people who decide: the AI-First Executive Journey follows the board’s real work for longer, because it moves from routine to decisions, to the company’s priorities and to autonomy.
- Prepare managers: the AI for Middle Managers program works with each manager’s real deliverables and team workflows.
- Go deeper on a topic: the advanced modules are sized to the topic and the company’s maturity.
- A single executive’s schedule: the 1:1 classes fit into the participant’s week.
The formats can also be combined, for example an immersion to align the board followed by a longer program to change its routine.
