Are the programs live or recorded, online or in person?
All programs are live. The AI-First Executive Journey, the program for middle managers and the advanced modules run remotely or in person; the In-Company Executive Immersion is in person, at the company, or as the project’s design calls for; and the 1:1 classes are remote.
Live is a choice of method. Recorded content teaches what AI does; changing how leadership works calls for practice on real material, with someone looking at the result and correcting it on the spot. Each participant uses AI on their own document, their own analysis or that week’s meeting, and discussion among peers is part of the learning.
Remote or in person depends on what the company needs:
- in person favors aligning the board, which is why the In-Company Executive Immersion usually takes place at the company itself;
- remote makes it easier to fit the training into the calendar and to bring together leaders from different cities or countries;
- the 1:1 classes are remote by design, to fit the participant’s week.
