The name joins alma, Portuguese for soul, and AI. Since Ledface, we’ve built AI that listens, interprets and responds with presence, like someone who’s really there. It isn’t about cold technology. It’s about human warmth in the form of code.
Today, soul also means who is in charge. AI researches, analyzes, writes and prepares the decision; judgment, direction and responsibility stay with leadership. That is why Almai starts with the people who decide.
And that is why it works only on training leadership. It isn’t a software house, an agent factory, a chatbot vendor or an implementation consultancy: the agents built during the programs are there to transfer the method.
