Almai

Your data, no fine print.

What this site collects, what Almai uses it for, who else handles that data and how to ask to see or delete what is yours. It is short, because there is little.

Who looks after your data

This site belongs to Almai. The company behind Almai, Meu Novo Vendedor - Tecnologia Serviços e Vendas Digitais LTDA, CNPJ 50.217.255/0001-89, headquartered at Rua Prof. Sousa Barros, 411, conj. 03, Vila Guarani, São Paulo – SP, CEP 04307-100, Brazil, is responsible for it and decides what happens to what you send through it. Any question about privacy goes to horacio@almai.ai.

What the site collects, and why

Only what you write to Almai, the minimum any website records to work, and a measure of visits. There are no ads or tracking pixels, and the font is served by the site itself.

  • The contact form asks for your name, email, WhatsApp number and what you want to change with AI. That arrives by email in Almai’s inbox, which uses it to reply and continue the conversation with you. The site keeps no copy.
  • In the chat, what you write goes to Gabriel, Almai’s AI agent, who reads it and replies. The conversation is stored on the chat platform so it can continue while you browse the site. Avoid sending sensitive data there, such as documents or health information.
  • If you write directly by email or WhatsApp, the message stays in Almai’s inbox or WhatsApp.
  • The hosting records the IP address, browser, page and time of each visit, like any server. These logs are used to keep the site up and to identify abuse.
  • Google Analytics records the pages visited, how you arrived, your browser and device and an approximate location, so Almai knows what gets read.

Who else handles this data

These services handle this data for Almai:

  • Vercel hosts the site and stores the access logs.
  • Gabriel’s chat runs on the platform of MNV, from the same company behind Almai, which stores the conversations.
  • Resend delivers the form’s messages by email to Almai’s inbox.
  • Google stores Almai’s email (Google Workspace) and receives the measurement data described above, which it handles under its own terms.
  • If you talk to us on WhatsApp, the conversation goes through WhatsApp, owned by Meta.

Vercel, Resend and Google are based in the United States, so part of this data leaves Brazil, under the terms each of them publishes.

Almai doesn’t sell your data or pass it on for anyone to use on their own account.

For how long

What you send through the form, the chat or directly is kept while the conversation, or the work that comes from it, is active. After that Almai deletes it, and sooner if you ask. Access logs stay with the host for a short time and are then discarded.

Cookies

The site doesn’t set cookies of its own. Gabriel’s chat sets one, chat_session, which recognizes your conversation for a day, and keeps a temporary token in the browser tab, deleted when the tab closes.

Google Analytics sets two cookies, _ga and a _ga_ with the measurement code, to tell one visit from another, for up to two years. A content blocker prevents the measurement.

Clearing your browser’s cookies removes all of this.

Your rights

Under Brazil’s data protection law (LGPD), you can ask whether Almai processes your data, see what it is, correct it, delete it, take it to another provider or find out who it was shared with. Write to horacio@almai.ai: Almai replies within the legal deadline of up to 15 days.

If you need the legal basis: the form, the chat and direct messages, because you asked for a conversation (steps prior to a contract); the access logs, because the site does not work without them, and the measurement, because Almai wants to know what gets read (legitimate interest).

Changes

If what the site does changes, this page changes with it, with the date at the top.
