Before you hire
In-company AI training or an open course: which is better for the board?
For the board, in-company. An open course teaches the subject; an in-company program works with the company’s own decisions, documents and priorities and aligns leadership around the same direction. That is why every Almai program is designed for the company that hires it.
Read the full answerAI consulting or leadership training: which comes first?
Leadership training. Until the people who decide use AI in their own work, they lack the repertoire to choose priorities, assess proposals and hold any consultancy accountable for results. With a prepared board, the company knows what to ask for and can maintain what gets built.
Read the full answerHow do you choose AI training for leadership?
By what leaders will do differently afterwards, not by the curriculum. It’s worth asking whether the program uses the company’s real material, separates the board from managers, covers governance and security, builds something during the training and how results will be measured.
Read the full answerAre there private AI classes for CEOs?
Yes. Almai’s Exclusive 1:1 Classes are one-on-one, remote and live, for founders, CEOs and C-level executives. They don’t follow a fixed curriculum: they start from the participant’s role, company and strategic moment and apply AI to that person’s real analyses, documents, decisions and meetings.
Read the full answerHow much does an Almai program cost?
It depends on the program and its design. Since every program is built for the company that hires it, the investment varies with the format, length, number of participants and degree of customization. Almai doesn’t publish a price list: the figure comes out of a conversation about what leadership needs.
Read the full answerHow long does each program last?
The In-Company Executive Immersion lasts one or two days. The AI-First Executive Journey, the program for middle managers and the advanced modules have their length set in the design made for each company, and the 1:1 classes fit the participant’s schedule.
Read the full answerAre the programs live or recorded, online or in person?
All programs are live. The AI-First Executive Journey, the program for middle managers and the advanced modules run remotely or in person; the In-Company Executive Immersion is in person, at the company, or as the project’s design calls for; and the 1:1 classes are remote.
