Does Almai offer in-company training?
Yes. The programs are designed for companies and delivered live, remotely or in person, depending on the format.
Every program is designed for companies; none is a course open to the public. The training uses participants’ real challenges, documents, decisions and meetings.
The format depends on the program:
- the In-Company Executive Immersion lasts one or two days, in person at the company or as the project’s design calls for;
- the AI-First Executive Journey and the program for middle managers are live, remote or in person;
- the 1:1 classes are one-on-one, remote and live;
- the advanced modules are designed around the organization’s needs and maturity.
